These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Air Zone Plus LLC website, HVAC services, products, appointment forms, and communications. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description. Air Zone Plus LLC sends non-promotional SMS messages to customers who provide a mobile number and explicitly opt in through an unchecked website consent box. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, service updates, repair or maintenance follow-ups, information-request responses, and customer support. Customers may separately opt in to promotional messages about system upgrades, energy-saving tips, limited-time offers, and seasonal maintenance reminders.
2. Cancellation. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. We may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
3. Support. Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected], or call 281-707-0673.
4. Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
6. Supported Carriers. The program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers and many regional carriers.
7. Consent. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the category of messages described beside the consent box you selected.
8. Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS program.

Air Zone Plus LLC is a licensed and insured Texas HVAC contractor (TACLA 119805R) serving Spring, Greater Houston, and surrounding areas. We provide HVAC repair, installation, replacement, preventive maintenance, membership services, and equipment sales.
2. Services and Availability
Service availability, arrival times, same-day service, and emergency response depend on technician availability, weather, workload, parts, equipment, and site conditions. We may refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, nonpayment, abusive conduct, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing
Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time provided. Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection or when concealed conditions, code requirements, equipment availability, or requested changes affect the work. Contractor wholesale pricing is available only to verified, licensed HVAC professionals.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
We make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment windows. Actual arrival and completion times may vary. We will communicate material scheduling changes when practical. For emergency assistance, call 281-707-0673.
5. Equipment Sales and Installation
Equipment and parts may be subject to manufacturer terms and warranties. Homeowner equipment purchases requiring installation must be installed by qualified professionals as required by law and manufacturer specifications. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or maintenance failures outside our control.
6. Contractor Wholesale Program
Contractors using our wholesale program agree to:
- Provide accurate, current license and business information.
- Use purchased equipment for legitimate business purposes.
- Follow applicable installation, permitting, safety, and disclosure requirements.
- Protect confidential wholesale pricing and account credentials.
We may suspend or revoke wholesale access if verification fails or these requirements are violated.
7. Payments and Billing
Payment is due according to the written estimate, invoice, financing agreement, membership plan, or other service agreement. Deposits may be required for equipment purchases, installations, or special-order items. Past-due balances may delay or suspend work to the extent permitted by law.
8. Warranties
Workmanship and service warranties, when offered, will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Equipment warranties are controlled by the manufacturer. Warranty eligibility may depend on registration, proper installation, and required maintenance.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information through our forms.
- Interfere with, damage, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems.
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Copy or exploit website content except as allowed by law or written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials are owned by Air Zone Plus LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal, lawful purposes.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless another written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in a court with proper jurisdiction in Harris County or Montgomery County, Texas.
