How It Works

For a planned installation or replacement, request a free project estimate so we can discuss scope and options. If you need an on-site diagnosis of an existing fault, the fee is $125 for nonmembers and is separate from repair charges.

Select the HVAC system that fits your home and budget. Ask about financing during your consultation and we'll walk you through available options.
3. Review Prequalification & Terms
Foundation Finance Company offers an online prequalification request linked below. Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry, is not an application or firm offer of credit, and does not guarantee approval; review its consent and terms before submitting.
4. Installation Day — We Handle Everything
After you approve the project scope and any financing is finalized, we can discuss installation scheduling and the agreed payment terms. Timing is not guaranteed.
